Hi I am Sunisth, a graduate student at the University of Tokyo. Previously, I worked at Siemens EDA as Senior MTS. I received my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Bennett University. Over the summer, was a software engineer intern at HENNGE in Tokyo, Japan.
I was a research intern at Sentic Lab, Nanyang Technological University in Spring 2022 and Colorado School of Mines supervised by Mehmet E. Belviranli, and visiting student at The Institute for Data, Econometrics, Algorithms, and Learning (IDEAL) at Northwestern University during my undergraduate.
I am broadly interested in natural language processing, cross-lingual information retrieval, fintech. Currently, I am working on cross-lingual named entity recognition in financial data for low-resource languages.
